Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.



  • Develop quality software and web applications

  • Analyze and maintain existing software applications

  • Design highly scalable, testable code

  • Discover and fix programming bugs



  • Development experience with programming languages & frameworks (C#, .NET core, Javascript, Typescript, react.js, next.js)

  • SQL database or relational database skills (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)

Onboarding Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping onboard users onto the app. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with our users in order to foster community growth. 


  • Schedule and perform app demos through the Taffie App

  • Regularly communicate with current app users in order to gather points of feedback

  • Provide training and technical support to end users on all related systems and applications.

  • Oversee the lead tracking process, including generating new leads

  • Provide support with the planning & execution of our community events



  • Effective oral and written communication skills with a commitment to customer service

  • Ability to communicate and interact well with people of all ages and diverse backgrounds. 

  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and make independent decisions and judgments

  • Ability to use spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software. 

Events Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the event manager plan and manage events of varying sizes and purposes.


  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues

  • Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining, and guests

  • Remaining under budget with all costs

  • Assisting the events manager with a monthly networking events

  • Accompanying events manager to both internal and external events

  • Supporting the events manager with logistical and administrative support

  • Assisting with creative decisions

  • Helping set up and clean up events efficiently through to completion


  • Proven project management skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Confident with all Microsoft Office packages

  • Creative and use to thinking outside the box
